Welcome to Promper

Promper is an internet-based application designed to enhance the prompts you enter using ChatGPT as its AI engine. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms By using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
  • Enhancing prompts entered by users using ChatGPT, an AI model developed by OpenAI.
  • User registration via login and signup (no passwords stored).
  • The ability to save and access up to 10 prompts per user.
3. User Registration To access the full functionality of the app, users must register for an account. Registration requires providing an email address and verifying your identity via secure methods, such as third-party authentication services. The app does not store passwords.
4. Saved Prompts Registered users may save up to 10 prompts within their account. If you attempt to save more than 10 prompts, you will be required to delete an existing prompt before saving a new one.
5. User Responsibilities When using the app, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Use the app only for lawful purposes.
  • Refrain from creating or sharing harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Use of ChatGPT The app utilizes ChatGPT to process and enhance user prompts. By using the app, you acknowledge that:
  • Your input may be processed by ChatGPT to provide responses or enhancements.
  • OpenAI’s terms and policies may apply to the processing of your prompts.
  • Generated content may not always be accurate, and users should review it before use.
7. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of the app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Promper and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. Promper shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including data loss, interruptions, or errors.
9. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
10. Changes to the Terms We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted with the updated Effective Date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
